Director

John Mills has over 40 years’ experience in financial services, starting as the founder of Eluvia Financial Services, where he successfully grew the firm to manage more than $2.5 billion in funds under management (FUM) before its acquisition by AMP. Under his leadership, Eluvia became recognised for its disciplined investment approach and client-first ethos. After Eluvia, John established and managed Montre Financial, scaling the business to $500 million in FUM before his exit. John is also the Owner and Chief Commercial Officer of First Transport, one of Victoria's leading transport and trucking companies.

Director

Julius Garofali has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets, specialising in wealth management, capital markets, and tailored investment advice. He has built his career advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions, securing over $300 million in investments across diverse strategies. Julius has previously served as Head of Capital Markets, where he provided investors with access to best-of-breed investment funds. Julius also spent nearly two decades at Shaw and Partners as a Senior Private Wealth Adviser, providing high-net-worth clients with strategic trading advice and portfolio guidance. Julius began his institutional career with BNP Paribas, advising major European banks and portfolio managers on Australian equity opportunities.

Gil Sheldon is an adviser at Cresciamo Capital, guiding families, corporates, charities, and institutions through the complexities of wealth with diligence and integrity. He is committed to securing the best opportunities for clients while maintaining a robust risk management framework that safeguards their long-term interests. With a double degree in Laws (LLB) and International Studies (BIS) with Honours, and early experience as an in-house lawyer in the pharmaceutical and financial services sectors, Gil brings both technical rigour and ethical judgement. His meticulous attention to detail and enduring client relationships reflect his unwavering commitment to excellence.
